Dieudonne Ntawiniga
Finance and Administration Manager
Dieudonné is a seasoned finance and administration professional with over 13 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and organizational leadership. Since 2021, he has served as the Finance and Administrative Manager at the Ubuntu Center for Peace, where he oversees financial and operational functions including procedure development, logistics coordination, payroll administration, expenditure monitoring, and the preparation of financial records and reports.
His career includes key roles such as Accountant at Abadacogora Intwari Centers (2014–2020), Library Caritas (2013), and the Saving and Lending Cooperative IKAPAGIE (2008). From 2021 to 2023, he also contributed part-time to Caritas Archdiocese of Kigali, supporting institutional and family capacity-building initiatives.
Dieudonné holds both a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali. He was honored as Best Student of Promotion in both programs Bachelor’s in 2012 and MBA in 2018 recognizing his academic excellence.
His areas of expertise include administrative and financial procedure manual development, budget planning, financial reporting, and the management of human and material resources. He is proficient in accounting systems such as SAGE and QuickBooks. Dieudonné is driven by a commitment to creating meaningful impact through strategic leadership and organizational development.
