Training and Community Outreach Manager

Marie Louise leads the training curricula development for CHAs, trains and supervises CHA Supervisors and CHAs and ensures the day to day quality and consistency of program implementation in the community. Marie Louise has over 9 years of experience and has exercised different roles and responsibilities including program management, family support, monitoring coordination and family counselling, heading the rehabilitation department, psycho-education, staff mentoring and training, conducting individual and group therapy.

Prior to working with UCP, she worked with different organizations including Hope for Life Ministry, Les Enfants de Dieu and the Rwanda Local Administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and different professional certifications.
